Chairman Li Yong was Invited to Heilongjiang along with the Delegation of China Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

On July 24, Chairman Li Yong visited to Harbin, Heihe and other places in Heilongjiang Province, as a growth mentor of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, along with the delegation of China Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. The delegation was led by Li Zibin, the President of China Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Xu Qin, the Secretary of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress, and Hu Changsheng, the Deputy Secretary of Heilong Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Heilong Province, jointly met with the delegation in Harbin. The Secretary Xu Qin extended a warm welcome to President Li Zibin and the delegation on behalf of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Heilongjiang Government. He said that Heilongjiang Province was rich in natural resources, owned strong industrial foundation with unique geographical advantages and excellent ecological environment, so it undertook the major political responsibility of maintaining “five major securities” of the country. The 13th Party Congress of the Province comprehensively implements the spirit of the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and depicts the beautiful vision of building “Six Longjiang” and achieving “Eight Revitalizations”. The provincial government has resolutely implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping to Heilongjiang, systematically planned the economic system, industrial system and innovation system, focused on creating new engines of economic development such as digital economy, bio-economy, ice and snow economy and creative design industry, cultivated and expanded strategic emerging industries such as aerospace and electronic information, empowered and upgraded traditional advantageous industries such as energy, petrochemical and food, vigorously developed productive and living services, and implemented special actions for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, cultivate and improve the comprehensive innovation ecosystem, formulate “60 policies and measures” for the revitalization of Heilongjiang talents in the new era, create a first-class business environment with market-oriented rule of law and internationalization, and intensify efforts to promote comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization. I hope that all entrepreneurs will come and visit Heilongjiang, and find chances to cooperate; they can bring advanced technology, innovative thinking, market ideas and high-quality capital to Heilongjiang, and promote cooperation intentions into cooperation projects and cooperative achievements, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

President Li Zibin gave full recognition to the achievements of economic and social development in Heilongjiang Province. He said that Heilongjiang was a vast and resource-rich province with a solid foundation in industry, scientific research and talents, so we should firmly implement the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, continuously improve the business environment, deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms, change government functions, do practical things, provide more services and be more efficient, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs; and we should also combine with the actual situation of Heilongjiang, vigorously develop the economy and revitalize Heilongjiang in all aspects. He also said that the future of Heilongjiang was bright.

President Li pointed out that in recent years, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises had shown two obvious characteristics: First, more and more enterprises were aware of the importance of digital transformation and continued to accelerate the pace of digital transformation, digital transformation had brought profound changes to the production mode, development mode and enterprise form of manufacturing industry, and digital transformation had accelerated the development trend and entered a new climax; second, to develop the private economy and expand small and medium-sized enterprises, we should firmly take the road of specialized and special development, solve the “containment” problem of industrial chain and supply chain, and encourage the development of specialized and special new enterprises which was the new understanding of the CPC Central Committee on transforming the mode of economic development, we should encourage technological innovation and digital transformation, so that small and medium-sized enterprises could walk out of the road of specialized and special new development, which was one of the important foundations for the future development of Heilongjiang, the Association would continue to play the role of a bridge to make full use of its own platform and advantages, and promote more enterprises to invest and develop in Heilongjiang.

During the meeting, Chairman Li Yong said that Chinayong Group had recently increased its investment layout in Heilongjiang and they felt very cordial to visit Heilongjiang again, and they were looking forward to find new cooperation opportunities and speed up the implementation of more good projects in Longjiang. Other entrepreneurs said in their speeches, “as soon as we set foot on the land of Heilongjiang, we immediately feel a strong atmosphere of revitalization and development. Heilongjiang is developing rapidly and has a promising future. What’s more, Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government are making efforts to create a first-class business environment, so that we are confident to invest in Heilongjiang, and will continue to expand cooperation fields, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

Zhang Anshun, the member of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Harbin Municipal Party Committee, Wang Yixin, the member of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Yu Hongtao, the member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, and other provincial leaders attended the meeting.
