The Chairman Li Yong Met with Zhao Rongguo, the Mayor of Heihe City, and His Delegation and Held a Cooperation Meeting

On the afternoon of August 5, Zhao Rongguo, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Heihe Municipal Committee and the Mayor of Heihe City, led a delegation to visit the Group headquarters and held a cooperation meeting. The Chairman Li Yong cordially met with Zhao Guorong and his delegation in the reception hall on the first floor of the Group, and they had in-depth exchanges on project cooperation and investment and reached broad consensus. The members of the delegation include Ding Quanning and Liu Yang, deputy mayors of Heihe City, principals of counties (cities, districts) and relevant departments directly under the city, Han Tianfu, the doctoral supervisor and researcher of the Institute of Crop Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, who provided scientific research planning guidance for the soybean industry in Heihe City, and Fan Bei, the director assistant and researcher of the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

The Chairman Li Yong first extended a warm welcome to the Mayor Zhao Rongguo and his delegation for visiting the Group headquarters. He said that he had a deep understanding of the resource endowment and high-quality projects of Heihe City through the inspection and exchange in Heihe early. He hoped to sort out the previous docking projects through this return visit, and have in-depth exchanges on new cooperation projects, so as to find precise cooperation points between both parties and discuss the establishment of a normalized long-term cooperation mechanism. The next step is to strengthen in-depth cooperation with Heihe in terms of trade with Russia, energy development and utilization, and soybean industry development based on the Group’s advantages, so as to promote mutual benefit and common development.

The Mayor Zhao Rongguo thanked the Chairman Li Yong for his concern and assistance to the economic development of Heihe City. He said that Chinayong Group, as a world-renowned large-scale comprehensive investment enterprise, had strong economic strength, a wide range of business fields, numberous partners, a strong sense of social responsibility, and a huge influence. In addition, there are many cooperation points between the Group’s business content and Heihe, and the Group has broad prospects. He hoped that Chinayong Group would rely on Heihe’s advantages in location, energy, resources and policies, find the right entry point for cooperation, actively participate in Heihe’s practical cooperation with Russia in cross-border industries, new energy development and utilization, mineral resources integration, cultural and tourism resources development, and jointly establish a cooperation docking mechanism, so as to promote more cooperative projects to be implemented as soon as possible. Heihe will strictly implement the contracting mechanism and the promotion of special classes, and cultivate a good business environment, so that enterprises can settle down with confidence, take root and develop comfortably.

The Researcher Han Tianfu and the Researcher Fan Bei respectively put forward their opinions and suggestions on the technological revitalization of Heihe soybean industry and the integration of industrial chain planning, which won wide recognition and high praise from the participants. The principals of the counties (cities, districts) in Heihe City introduced their respective advantageous projects, and both parties agreed to organize a special work class to implement the docking and promotion work after the meeting.

After the meeting, the Chairman Li Yong accompanied the Mayor Zhao Rongguo and his delegation to visit museums of the Group. Zhang Chunhu, the executive vice president of the Group, and Luan Liang, the vice president of the Group, participated in the meeting and reception together.
