Chairman Li Yong was Invited to Visit Liaoning with the Delegation of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises

On October 22, Chairman Li Yong, as a special guest of China Association of Smalland Medium Enterprises, accompanied the delegation of the Association toinvestigate in Shenyang and Dalian, Liaoning Province. The delegation was led by Li Zibin, Chairman of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.Zhang Guoqing, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Li Lecheng, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Acting Governor, met with the delegation in Shenyang. Secretary Zhang stated that Liaoning has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and instructions on the revitalization and development of Northeast China and Liaoning, unswervingly pursued high-quality development, kept up with the pace of the times, adhered to innovation-driven, sped up the building of Liaoning into a digitally, intelligent and strong province, and striven to achieve new break throughs in the revitalization and development of Liaoning. In recent years, Liaoning has paid more attention to the expansion of market entities, given full play to the advantages of rich innovation resources and numerous leading enterprises, and striven to create aninnovation ecology. It has made great efforts to cultivate large and medium enterprises,especially technology-based small and medium enterprises, and accelerated the extension of the industrial chain, upgrading the value chain and strengthening the innovation chain. Liaoning continued to optimize the business environment,took the construction of a legal and credit environment as the most prominent and urgent task, and created a business environment that was convenient,well-ruled, cost-competitive, and ecologically livable.The business environmentin Liaoning would get better and better, and there would be more and more development opportunities. He hoped that the Association and entrepreneurs can promote Liaoning widely, actively participate in creating an innovation ecosystem, and support the development and growth of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning.

Chairman Li Zibin said that since its establishment 15 years ago, the Association has always adhered to the market-oriented operation, enterprise management. With the purpose of serving small and medium-sized enterprises wholeheartedly, it actively put forward advice and suggestions to create a good environment for the development of small and medium enterprises, which has been highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. It is generally welcomed by local governments and small and medium enterprises.The Association led some key enterprises to Liaoningfor docking investigation is to fully investigate the overall development and investment environment of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning. In thefuture, it will actively guide more enterprises to invest and start businesses in Liaoning and help Liaoning build a new ecology. During the meeting, Chairman Li Yong said that Huayong Group would increase cooperation with Liaoning enterprises in the future, looking forward to taking advantage of this visit to find new cooperation opportunities and accelerate the implementation of various good projects in Liaoning.  

Afterthe meeting, Chairman Li Yong also carried out project investigation and investment environment surveys with the delegation of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises to Shenyang and Dalian, Liaoning Province. During his stay in Shenyang, Jiang Youwei, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, and Shan Yi, Vice Mayor of Shenyang, accompanied him for the whole investigation.During the visit to Dalian, Dalian Mayor Chen Shaowang met with the whole delegation at Bangchui Island State Guest House, accompanied by Fang Tielin,the Deputy Mayor.

Zhang Guoqing, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Li Lecheng,Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Acting Governor, met with the delegation of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in Shenyang. Chairman Li Yong delivered a speech during the meeting.
