Chairman Li Yong was Invited to Attend the 2021 China SME Development Conference and was Appointed as “the First Batch of National SME Growth Mentors”

 On October 28, 2021, the 2021 China SME Development Conference and the 15th China SME Festival was grandly opened in Xiangcheng, Suzhou. Premier Li Keqiang specially sent a congratulatory message and made important instructions for this, pointing out that small, medium and micro enterprises are an importantpart of the market and play a vital role in developing the economy, expanding employment, activating the market, and improving people’s livelihood. It isnecessary to promote more small and medium-sized enterprises to follow a “new,distinctive, specialized and sophisticated” path, continuously improve market competitiveness, and provide strong support for stabilizing employment andeconomic fundamentals, guaranteeing and improving people’s livelihood, and promoting high-quality development.

This Conference was sponsored by China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and Suzhou Municipal People’s Government, and organized by the People’s Government of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City. With the theme of “developing new, distinctive, specialized and sophisticated SME enterprises and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode”,the Conference aimed to create a good development environment for small andmedium  enterprises, enhanced their confidence, enhancedtheir innovation ability and professional level, and follow a “new,distinctive, specialized and sophisticated” path. At the invitation of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and its President Li Zibin,Chairman Li Yong attended the meeting and was appointed by China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises as “the First Batch of National SME GrowthMentors”. Gu Xiulian, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress and Honorary Chairman of China Association of Smalland Medium Enterprises, issued the appointment letter to the first batch offour mentors. More than 300 entrepreneurs from all over the country and Jiangsu Province attended the conference, among which nearly 100 were from new,distinctive, specialized and sophisticated enterprises.
