President Li Yong attended the Development Forum of the 2rd Oasis Industrial Expo of XPCC on invitation and delivered speech

The Development Forum of the 2rd Oasis Industrial Expo of XPCC was held on 16th September 2015 on the topic of “Open and Win-win”. President Li Yong was invited to attend and delivered keynote speech. He pointed out that West China especially Xinjiang promoted the multilateral economic cooperation in Central Asia under the strategy of One Belt One Road and had the location advantages. XPCC played an irreplaceable role on expanding regional cooperation. He also gave advice on infrastructure, logistics, finance, agriculture, culture and tourism of XPCC and had been widely praised.

The purpose of this forum is to seek suggestion to clear the thoughts for economic social development of XPCC on the one hand and to strengthen communication, look for the benefit point and seek cooperation and win-win on the other. This is the concentrated expression of XPCC on carrying forward the spirit of peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning and mutual benefit and win-win, is the positive response to the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone core area.
