President Li Yong led a delegation to visit JFE Engineering Corporation in Japan with invitation. Companied by the staff of JFE, he visited waste incineration plants which are near by the City Hall of Mitaka-shi in Tokyo and in residential area of Edogawa and the technical index and performance were introduced at the same time. In the field of waste incineration facilities, JFE always took the first place in Japan, higher than the same field enterprises of environmental performance in China. But the domestic demand in Japan is saturated and the demand in China will be 10 times than Japan so that JFE needs to look for corporation with Chinese enterprises.

During the visit, President Li Yong talked with Mr. Hisanori Kanou who is the President and CEO of JFE Engineering and both sides reached a cooperation intention and signed a cooperation agreement. JFE has the leading technology and brand advantages in the field of waste generation in the world; it is believed that the corporation must promote the development of China's garbage disposal and renewable power generation.
