To implement the President Xi Jinping’s important instruction of strengthening the construction of One Belt One Road, President Li Yong visited the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps with the delegation of CAPC which led by Director Yang Chunguang.

The delegation was received by Vice Chiarman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Isma'il Tiliwaldi, he hoped that CAPC could give full play to its advantages with the nation’s strategy implementation of One Belt One Road, cooperate with the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and enterprises to promote common development. Deputy Political Commissar Xu Weihua, Member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee Wang Shijiang and the in-charge officers of Bureau of Commerce talked in-depth with the delegation on capital operation, merger and acquisition, qualifications, employees training, culture exchange etc.

The delegation focused visit the 12th Division, Urumqi industrial park, the 4th Division of Yili, the 3rd Division of Kashi, Kashi Special Economic Zone, the 2nd Division of Korla and matchmaking with the local projects then reached a preliminary cooperation agreement.
