With the invitation of CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, Yang Chunguang who is the Director General of China International Economic & Technical Cooperation visited Hunan province with the delegation of entrepreneurs during 23rd to 25th of February 2016, President Li Yong attended as the Deputy Director General. The delegation was warmly received by Li Weiwei who is the Standing Member of CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Chairperson of the CPPCC Hunan Province and Secretary of Provincial Politics and Law Committee, and had deeply discussion with the officials of Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Housing Department, Agricultural Commission, Department of Commerce and government financial service office. The delegation received the briefings on intelligent manufacturing, urban and rural construction, high-efficiency agriculture development, the financial industry support and attracts investment, and put forward some suggestions and views on urban infrastructure, building intelligent Meixi Lake, the construction of city operation platform and activating reserve capital. Through the discussion, both sides expressed a lot of harvest and hoped both sides to achieve win-win cooperation in many aspects. President Li Yong also visited CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd and reached broad consensus on the next step of in-depth cooperation.
