Chairman Li Yong Was Invited to Attend 2023 China Small and Medium Enterprise Development Conference and Delivered A Keynote Speech at The Opening Ceremony

From April 7th to 9th, the 2023 China Small and Medium Enterprises Development Conference and the 16th China Small and Medium Enterprises Festival were held in Shenyang. Chairman Li Yong was invited to attend as a growth mentor of Chinese small and medium enterprises and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. The theme of this conference is “focus on specialization and innovation to achieve high-quality economic development”, hosted by China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, People’s Government of Shenyang, and Department of Industry and Information Technology of Liaoning Province. Qi Xuchun, Vice Chairman of the Twelfth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Hao Peng, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, Li Lecheng, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Liaoning Province, Li Zibin, Chairman of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Ning Jizhe, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Economic Committee, and other leaders attended the conference.

Chairman Li Yong pointed out in his keynote speech at the opening ceremony that “focus on specialization and innovation to achieve high-quality economic development” is of great significance for China’s current economic recovery. Firstly, it helps to stimulate the innovative vitality of enterprises; Secondly, it helps to enhance the stability and competitiveness of the industrial and supply chains; Thirdly, it helps to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system.

At the opening ceremony, Li Zibin, Chairman of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, stated that small and medium enterprises should focus on their main business, practice their internal skills, and adhere to the spirit of long-termism and craftsman spirit. These enterprises also need to effectively strengthen the research and development of advanced independent core technologies to accelerate industrial upgrading and development transformation, so as to effectively promoting the modernization and advancement of China’s industries.
