President Li Yong met with the delegation of Li Xiwen, the Secretary of Heihe Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and joined the conference on the special report of project cooperation between both parties.

In the afternoon of February 9, under the positive environment that the whole country was free from the control of Covid-19 and accelerated the pace of development, Li Xiwen, the Secretary of Heihe Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, led a delegation to visit the Group Headquarters for investigation and negotiation. President Li Yong warmly met with Secretary Li Xiwen and the delegation in the VIP hall of the Group Headquarters, and joined the conference on the special report on project cooperation between both parties, and supervised the project cooperation process. Liu Yang, the Vice Mayor of Heihe Municipal Government, Feng Yun, the Vice Chairman of Heihe Municipal Committee of the People’s Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of Bei’an Municipal Party Committee, Zhang Chunhu, the Executive Vice President of the Group, and Luan Liang, the Vice President of the Group jointly attended the conference and conversations.

President Li Yong first expressed a warm welcome to the Secretary Li Xiwen and the delegation at the VIP Hall, delighted in summarizing the two visits to Heihe last year, appreciated the considerate arrangements, and praised prominent achievements in economic construction and social development in Heihe. Meanwhile, President Li Yong said that both parties had realized great progress in project cooperation at present, would continue to support the Group’s further development in Heihe to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win results. The Secretary Li Xiwen appreciated the President Li Yong and CHINAYONG Group for their attention to investing in Heihe, briefly introduced ideas and plans for the development of Heihe’s inward introduction and outward cooperation under the new situation, and welcomed CHINAYONG’s investment and development in Heihe, as well as relevant services and supporting work of the municipal government.

After the visit, the President Li Yong and the Secretary Li Xiwen jointly attended the cooperation conference between the CHINAYONG Group and Heihe Municipal Government regarding the special report on project cooperation between both parties. Currently, both parties have reached a consensus on projects of new energy, deep processing of soybeans, and integration of mineral resources. The projects will be implemented and launched in stages, and both parties will continue to find new cooperation opportunities.

During the conference break, the President Li Yong also accompanied the Secretary Li Xiwen and the delegation to visit museums of the Group.
