Chairman Li Yong was invited to visit Greater Khingan Mountains and hold talks for cooperation

From July 5 to 8, at the invitation of the CPC Greater Khingan Mountains Committee and Greater Khingan Mountains Regional Administrative Office, Chairman Li Yong led a delegation to Greater Khingan Mountains of Heilongjiang Province to conduct a project investigation and hold talks for cooperation. Both parties reached broad consensus on deepening project cooperation and achieving win-win development. Xu Xiangguo, the secretary of Greater Khingan Mountains Committee, Fan Qinghua, the commissioner of Greater Khingan Mountains Regional Administrative Office, and other leaders accompanied the inspection and attended the cooperation fair.

During the three-day trip, Chairman Li Yong and the delegation traveled more than 1,600 kilometers to visit Jagdaqi, Songling District, Huma County, Mohe City, Tahe County, Xinlin District and related enterprises so as to carry out a survey, make some suggestions, seek development and cooperation, and promote win-win result based on the development of cultural tourism, green mining and cold biology industries.

Chairman Li Yong and the delegation first went to Songling Molybdenum-Lead-Zinc Mine Industrial Park, Songling Molybdenum-Lead-Zinc Polymetallic Mine, Lingebei Cold Zone Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Nenjiang Source Scenic Spot of Nanwenghe National Wetland Nature Reserve to inspect the operation of enterprises, supporting facilities construction, raw material reserve and ecological civilization construction on site. Chairman Li Yong said that the mineral resources in Greater Khingan Mountains have large reserves, high quality and convenient transportation, which should be fully developed and utilized to provide new drive for increasing the national rare metal output and prospering the local economy. It is necessary to make full use of the extremely rich biological resources in cold regions, create several hit products with broad prospects and unique characteristics, open up markets for enterprises, broaden sales, and create greater glories on the road of development of biological industries in cold regions.

Chairman Li Yong and the delegation visited Xing’an Town, Beiji Village and other places in Mohe City. Through on-site investigation, negotiation and exchange, he spoke highly of the strong atmosphere and investment prospects of valuing business, pro-business attitude, securing business and wealthy businessmen in Mohe City. He said that Mohe has obvious location advantages and rich resources. Chinayong Group will give full play to its advantages in resources, talents, financing and management, strengthen communication and negotiation, identify win-win points, focus on multi-faceted and in-depth cooperation, and work together to find the road of win-win development.

In Luding Mountain and Huashan Scenic Area of Huma County, Chairman Li Yong had a detailed understanding of the cultural tourism industry in Huma County by reports and on-site inspection. He said that Greater Khingan Mountains had beautiful scenery and pleasant environment, which is an excellent place for leisure and health care. There are rich historical and cultural resources, pure natural forest resources and water resources in Greater Khingan Mountains. Chinayong Group will further accelerate the implementation of cooperation and promote both sides to go hand in hand and seek common development.

At the “Love Coordinate Point” in Xinlin, Chairman Li Yong listened to the design concept of the unique “Love Coordinate Point” in the world and the general survey project of Xiaokele River Copper-Molybdenum Metal Mine. He said that Xinlin has superior natural conditions, good ecological environment, unique scenery and rich mineral resources. Chinayong Group and Xinlin will continue to strengthen exchanges, consider cooperation with Xinlin in the fields of eco-tourism development and mineral development, and make contributions to promoting the high-quality leap-forward development of Xinlin.

After completing the project investigation, Chairman Li Yong said that Greater Khingan Mountains has beautiful scenery, rich resources, profound historical background and broad development prospects at the fair held by Greater Khingan Mountains Committee and Greater Khingan Mountains Regional Administrative Office. On the development of eco-tourism industry in Greater Khingan Mountains, Chairman Li Yong suggested deeply integrating existing tourism resources, reasonably planning the travel route, connecting scattered scenic spots to form intensive development, creating first-class scenic spots, focusing on developing in-depth cultural experience tours and high-end ecological sightseeing tours to enhance the culture, taste and connotation of tourism projects, using We-media platform to carry out efficient and rapid tourism brand promotion activities, and revitalizing solid tourism assets by undertaking large-scale business activities to create local tourism brand. Regarding the development and utilization of mining resources, Chairman Li Yong suggested that on the premise of protecting the ecological environment, we should vigorously carry out mine reform, stimulate the enthusiasm of mineral enterprises to put into production, build green mines and garden mines, and provide new drive for economic development. In the development of cold bio-industry, the existing local enterprises should be reformed multiple times, the consumption orientation should be repositioned, and efforts should be made to develop and produce new products with large amount of scientific and technological content and industrial added value to meet market demand.
