Chinayong Group signed the strategic corporation agreement with Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute

The strategic corporation agreement signing ceremony between Chinayong Group and Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute was held at International Conference Center of Harbin Institute of Technology Science Park on 12thJune. Executive Vice President Zhang Chunhu of Chinayong Group, Vice Minister Li Yan of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, Deputy Director General Zhang Gaochao of the Science and Technology Department of Heilongjiang Province, Vice President of HIT and President Guo Bin of Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute present the signing ceremony.

Under the agreement, both sides would take advantage of the benefits of each, combine scientific research achievements which have good industrialization prospect with venture capital management ideas, technology and experience to create project selection, investment support and industrialization mechanism according to Heilongjiang’s actual situation, and will jointly establish Venture Capital Fund with at least 1 billion yuan when the time comes to support R&D companies moved in Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute.

Zhang Chunhu, Executive Vice President of Chinayong Group gave a high appraisal to the R&D strength and level of HIT, hoped to promote organic combination of science and technology achievements and capital with strategic corporation and with the help of Chinayong’s great financial strength, business operation system and abundant investment experience to push forward the comprehensive corporation between Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute and Chinayong Group in higher level and wider range of fields and to make sure the growth and prosperity of Heilongjiang’s economy and the society development.

Guo Bin, Vice President of HIT introduced the profile of Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute and pointed out that Heilongjiang Industrial Technology Research Institute carries out the mode of modern research with market operation, is an open research and technology transform organization which government conducted and enterprises, research institute and universities participated. It possesses a series of technology innovation and technical results incubation platform, such as robots and intelligent equipment, technology innovation of new materials and comprehensive utilization of environmental protection and resource etc. He hoped that both sides could make high starting point, comprehensive and long term strategic corporation based on the principle of complementary advantages, collaborative innovation and common development to promote the development of Heilongjiang’s economy and industrial upgrade.

At the speech of Li Yan, the Vice Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Heilongjiang province Committee and Zhang Gaochao, Vice Director of Science and Technology Department of Heilongjiang province, they hoped that both sides could make friendly cooperation and transfer the high and new technology of HIT to economic power to create domestic leading cooperation mode and integrate high quality resources, provide good platform for promoting the development of local economy, speeding up the transformation of technical results, training innovative personnel and creating financial capital beneficial interaction mechanism.
