As the Executive Chairman of Chinese Entrepreneurs Development Federation and President of Chinayong Group, Li Yong led entrepreneurs’ delegation of Chinese Entrepreneurs Development Federation to visit North Korea during 26th April to 1st May of 2015 on the invitation of North Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economy.
President Li Yong visited the commercial and mining project of North Korea and talked with Minister Li of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economy and reached broad consensus on bilateral cooperation in the next step. Then President Li Yong visited the Kim Il Sung's former residence and North Korea National Science and Technology Exhibition companied by Director Kim of Department of Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economy and Commercial Counselor Zhao Mingnan of the North Korean Embassy in China.
During in North Korea, President Li Yong also visited the Chinese Ambassador to North Korea Mr. Li Jinjun and was received cordially by him and the other staff of the embassy; they had a cordial and friendly talk and exchanged gifts.
