In the afternoon of February 27, 2022, upon the invitation of CHINAYONGGroup and Chairman Li Yong, the General Manager QiaoShuchengand other members of Heilongjiang Railway Groupvisited theGroup headquarters and had a negotiation with Chairman Li Yong. On behalf of CHINAYONGGroup, Chairman Li Yong gave a warm welcomeat thereception hall.Chairman Li Yong briefly introduced development situation of the Group in recent years,as well as the Group’s investment and construction in his hometown Heilongjiang, and expressed wishes to strengthen cooperation with the Provincial Railway Group.They jointly exploredthe way to improve traffic technologiesas well as traffic conditionsof Heilongjiang’s railway.The General Manager QiaoShucheng fully agreed with the opinion, held a completely open attitude towards the cooperation with CHINAYONGGroup, and desired and believed that the strategic cooperation between the two partieswouldbring achievable results.

After the conversation, Chairman Li Yong personally accompanied General Manager QiaoShucheng and other members to visit the Gold and Silver WareMuseum and Literature Museum of the Group.Zhang Chunhu, the Executive Vice President, Luan Liang, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, accompanied Chairman Li Yong joined the conversation and reception.
