The company is mainly committed to the informatization construction of public security management departments at all levels throughout the country. Over the years, it has built the "Social Information Comprehensive Collection Platform" with the joint efforts of the national public security front. The platform covers 22 security industries, including hotel industry, entertainment venues, motor vehicle maintenance, second-hand mobile phones, scrap metal purchase, gold and silver jewelry processing and replacement, trust consignment, pawn, lock-picking, highly toxic chemicals, used car scrapping and dismantling, key unit security, housing rental, etc.

As the key construction project of the Heilongjiang provincial government and the Ministry of Public Security, the “Hotel Industry Public Security Management Information System” developed by the company has made remarkable achievements all over the country after more than 10 years of unremitting efforts. Especially in Heilongjiang Province, more than 30,000 hotels in the province have been installed and networked, and the system installation rate has reached 100%. More than 300 million pieces of passenger accommodation information have been uploaded since the system was launched, more than 5,000 fugitives were arrested online, and more than 15,000 cases of various types were solved, ranking among the top in the country.

Now, the company has completed the “Public Security Management Information System for Entertainment Service Places” in Harbin, Jiamusi, Heihe, Suihua and other cities, making the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Administration Department take the lead in the information construction of entertainment service places across the country. The company is responsible for maintaining the after-sales service stations of the province's software systems, covering 14 prefectures and cities including Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Daqing, Suihua, Yichun, Heihe, Shuangyashan, Hegang, Daxing'anling, Jixi, Qitaihe and Suifenhe, as well as three major industries of agricultural reclamation, forestry, and railway.
