The company is committed to intelligent detection and health monitoring in the field of rail transit. No matter from theoretical research, precision instrument equipment design, equipment research and development, system software development and signal processing, as well as field application experience, a complete technical closed-loop system has been formed.

 

At present, the company has applied for 5 invention patents, 24 utility model patents, 18 software copyrights and 2 registered trademarks. The company has established partnership with China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., China Academy of Railway Sciences, and many railway bureaus, including Beijing Bureau, Harbin Bureau, Taiyuan Bureau, Xi’an Bureau, Jinan Bureau, Shanghai Bureau and Guangzhou Bureau under China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.

 

Since 2017, the company has designed the double-track flaw detector in accordance with the relevant equipment design specifications of the National Railway Group. After years of research and development, the RWUT-S1 double-track flaw detector has been finalized, which is suitable for various railway lines such as national railways, subways, urban rails, and local lines. The detection rate of calibration track can reach 100%, and it has carried out experiments on existing lines for many years, and has detected more than 100 serious injuries, which has been highly praised. The intelligent injury judgment system independently developed by the company can accurately identify various common injuries in real time, reduce the missed detection of injuries caused by human negligence, and improve the efficiency of data analysis. Comprehensive analysis of multi-cycle detection data can improve the accuracy of injury judgment and monitor the development law of injuries.
